Fabric: The 18oz Olive Drab 33 ( Sometimes Reffered To As Mustard Color) Wool Serge Is Solid, Thick and Sturdy. There Are No Moth Holes, Rips Or Tears. All Hardware Original Buttons Are Present, Securely Attached, and Fully Intact.
- Side Pockets: Two deep, vertical seam-cut pockets on the left and right hips.
- Rear Pockets: Two horizontal, inset welt pockets on the back. The left rear pocket features a single button closure, while the right rear pocket is open.

Watch Pocket: A small, open ticket/watch pocket tucked just below the front right waistband.
- Waist:
- Fly Closure: A button fly utilizing olive drab (OD) plastic buttons. By 1945, the military had transitioned away from early-war metal or flat brown buttons to these dished, synthetic composite buttons.
- Belt Loops: Seven long, sturdy wool belt loops spaced around the waist to accommodate the standard 1¼-inch khaki web belt.
- Suspender Buttons: Inside the waistband, there are six flat plastic buttons sewn along the inner lining. These allowed soldiers to attach standard heavy-canvas M-1944 trouser suspenders.

Lining: The interior waistband and pocket bags are lined with a rugged, white cotton twill/poplin fabric.
