Condition: New Old Stock In Box and Wrapper, Wrapper Was Retaped, Some Damage On Box

This Was Distributed to The U.S. Army Training Aid Centers To Train Military Personnel To Quickly Identify Allied and Warsaw Pact Armored Vehicles and Tanks. They Were Widely Used During The Cold War. They Were Designed To Teach Soldiers "Friend or Foe" Visual Identification.

Front side: A black-and-white line drawing or silhouette photograph of a vehicle from a specific combat angle. No name was printed on this side so soldiers could test Themselves.

Back side: The vehicle’s official name, country of origin, standard operational crew size, main armament/weapons, and a list of key visual features (such as track type, turret shape, or exhaust placement) to spot at a distance. 

The October 1984 deck featured a broad mix of Main Battle Tanks (MBTs), Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs), reconnaissance vehicles, and mobile anti-aircraft guns. 
Warsaw Pact & Communist Bloc Forces:
